I help people build a leaner, more athletic body and develop a stronger relationship with food — no crash diets, no extremes, just results.

I didn't start out looking like this. I was a skinny kid until I got into sports and built a pretty athletic physique — then I broke my wrist during the playoffs of my high school football season, and it all fell apart.
For about a year after that, I let everything go: bad eating habits, no training, the whole thing. Hitting that kind of rock bottom physically is what actually changed things for me. I realized I didn't want to just look good for one season — I wanted to be the best version of myself at every stage of my life, whether I'm 20 or 60. So I got serious about building real habits and systems instead of chasing quick fixes, and that process is the whole foundation of how I coach now. I'm not trying to get a client looking great for eight weeks and then watch them burn out — I want guys who are still training, still eating well, and still improving ten years from now.
My goal has always been to keep getting healthier and happier at every age, and to help the people I coach do the exact same thing.
